Descritption
A mix for baking coconut cake and macaroons. The finished products remain fresh and suitably moist for a long time. They also have a proper, fragrant coconut flavour.

basic recipe
Recipe:
- Coconut – 1000 g
- Water – 400 g (temp. approx. 25º)
Preparation:
Mix all the igredients for approx. 4 min with medium revlutions.
The mass leave for about 20min to swell.
Put on a tray lined with baking paper.
Baking temperature 190 st.C
Baking time approx. 20 min.
