Descritption
A perfect mix for the baking of a pound cake, marble cake and fruitcake. Thanks to the appropriate proportions of ingredients, the resulting cake is sufficiently moist, has a pleasant taste and remains fresh for a long time.

basic recipe
Recipe:
- Profi pound cake 1000 g
- Eggs 450 g
- Oil 400 g
- Water 100 g
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for 4-5 minutes with medium revolutions (use a flat agitator) until you get a smooth consistency.
The prepared mass put into greased and scattered with breadcrumbs/flour mould, bake. If the cakes are small, you need to incise them (after 15min.).
Baking temperature: approx. 180 st.C
Baking time: approx. 45min for 500g
