Weight of the cake: according to the plant

Aging of the cake: 10 min

Final fermentation: 45 - 55 min

Baking temperature: 230°C with steaming oven

Baking time: according to weight

From the given ingredients mix the dough.

Divide into bites and gently lengthen giving a pointed shape.

Then lay on corrugated sheets, make an incision through the middle.

Bake the bread with steaming of the baking chamber, 3 - 4 minutes before the end, drain the steam to obtain a crispy crust.
